Massage at Work
WHY?
Some of the latest statistics in the UK from the HSE show:
Approximately 33.7 million working days were lost between 2023 and 2024.
Stress, depression, and anxiety accounted for the majority of lost days, totalling 16.4 million, while musculoskeletal issues accounted for 7.8 million days.
On average each person took around 15.5 days off work.
The longest average duration of time off needed was 21.2 days for stress, depression, and anxiety, while 14.3 days were required for musculoskeletal issues.

While there are many factors that contribute to time being taken off, we believe that education and proactive measures can assist in the managing risks from work.

Our massage treatments are easy to perform at the workplace and fit into the daily schedule.
A massage on a special ergonomic chair or at the desk focuses on the neck, back shoulders, arms and scalp, with employees remaining fully clothed.
A thorough routine, leaves employees relaxed, energised and uplifted for the rest of the day.
We turn up in good time to set up in a quiet space, or we can massage at employee's desks.
Appointing a member of staff to liaise with the therapist can ensure a swift process, and ensures minimum disruption to the day. We'll remind employees of their appointment, if this is the chosen method, or we will methodically and efficiently work through the office to ensure that no one misses out on treatment opportunities.
